‘Privileged’ Prince Harry Pays Tribute To Late Mother Princess Diana After Being Honored With Veteran Award
Prince Harry has just received the major Pat Tillman Award despite facing immense backlash from veterans who felt it should get rejected.
During his speech, he was seen paying tribute to all the fallen heroes of the country but not everyone felt that he was the right or deserving candidate for such a great honor.
Others were quick to shun the Prince for dedicating the award to his late mother Princess Diana. Many called the prince privileged and couldn’t believe a non-American citizen was receiving this honor when so many others perhaps deserved to receive it more than him.
The controversial award was given to Harry last night where his wife stood close by his side, showing him support and love throughout his speech.
Harry spoke about his eternal bond with his late mother and nodded to Mary Tillman.
He has been facing serious calls for rejection by many unsung veterans who signed a petition to have the honor stripped immediately as it didn’t make sense.
Despite the petition reaching a staggering 76,000 signatures, it could not do much as Harry was still granted the huge honor for the evening and his wife smiled with pride throughout the whole time.
